Arctic and Seacor Capital Ltd.

The Arctic Group announced today that is has been acquired by Seacor Capital Ltd, a privately-owned company based in Richmond. The company will now be known as the Arctic Arrow Powerline Group Ltd.

“This is a very positive decision for the company. It allows current owner Jim Dooley to take a step back, it puts us in an even stronger position to grow and sets us up for continued success,” said Michael McAdam, President of the Arctic Group.

There will be very little disruption to the company for customers, suppliers and staff. Jobs and staff benefits remain the same and McAdam will continue to lead the organization.
Seacor has extensive experience in the contracting, construction and real estate industries. The company was established in 1988 and is wholly owned by the George family.
